Sarnia Property Investments is starting operations soon from our Bristol location. We will look for investment properties in your chosen area of England and Wales for you, and supply details and pictures by e-mail to save you time in your search for investment property. We are also able to offer a report on the general condition of the property, but of course you will wish to arrange your own full survey. After purchase we can organise rental management.

Our fees are variable depending on the service required, but initially we charge 2% of the final purchase price of the property, payable on completion of purchase, with a minimum fee of £1500. We hope to provide you with better than average gross rental returns on your capital outlay per year, which can be achieved by careful selection of property and area.
